Then, rather than dine at one of the resort’s two restaurants (Ave del Paraíso and Los Tucanes) or the charming bar and café off the lobby, my girlfriend and I opt for Tabacón’s signature candlelight dinner. We sit in a gazebo between streams flowing from hot springs. I dive into plantain carpaccio with a chocolate tart and caramel-orange sauce.

The Luxury Included Vacation has to be Sandals.

Our office just came back from Jamaica where we visited Sandals Negril, Beaches Negril and Beaches Sandy Bay. The 7 miles of pure white sand and Emerald blue water make this a picture postcard destination. It’s all about the Jamaica sun, Caribbean views and simple days spent in love.

In the morning guests are greeted by the smell of Blue Mountain coffee roasting in the air and the bright ocean glistening with the rising  sun. It’s a great way to wake up. Imagine just stepping out your door into a warm inviting pool.

Just one of the pleasures I had; was celebrating the Jamaican cuisine. Be sure not to miss a dish of Jamaican jerk chicken. The variety of food also keeps things fresh, with the chefs crafting dishes of various shapes, sizes, smells and tastes. My dining experience at Sandals Negril’s ”Barefoot by the Sea”; where fresh-caught seafood is prepared with a delicate balance of Caribbean flavor .  Lobster grilled to perfection. A perfect wine; exquisite sunset;  a soft gentle warm ocean breeze kissing your face.
